  1. Can you tell us a little about yourselves and what initially brought you both to Element Fitness Health Club?

We were both on the lookout for a new gym to join, and Element Fitness Health Club stood out to us. We wanted a place that not only offered excellent facilities but also a welcoming and motivating environment. We found that in Element Fitness Health Club, and it was the perfect fit for what we were seeking.

  1. What were your fitness goals when you first joined, and how have they evolved over time?

Initially, our main goal was to maintain a good level of fitness appropriate for our age group. Over time, these goals have evolved as we’ve become more integrated into the gym’s community and have been exposed to various fitness classes and equipment. Now, we’re not only maintaining our fitness but also pushing ourselves to achieve new personal bests and stay in even better shape.

  1. Do you guys train together? Or do you tend to do separate things in the gym?

We generally train separately to focus on our individual fitness routines. However, we do enjoy taking certain classes together, such as the Sprint class, and we love using the sauna and steam room together afterward. It’s a nice way to combine our individual workouts with some shared activities.

  1. Have you achieved any specific accomplishments or milestones since joining us?

Angelo: Since joining Element Fitness Health Club, I’ve become noticeably leaner, which was a significant personal achievement for me.
Bernie: My fitness levels have improved considerably, and I feel much more energetic and healthier overall.

  1. What are your three favourite things about Element Fitness Health Club?
  1. The friendly and supportive people who create a positive gym environment.
  2. The variety and quality of group fitness classes available.
  3. The relaxing and rejuvenating sauna and steam room facilities.
  1. Can you tell us about a memorable experience or a favourite moment you’ve had at the gym?

Bernie: One of my favourite moments was winning the best-dressed award at a cancer fundraiser event. It was a fun and memorable experience that combined fitness with a great cause.
Angelo: The Christmas party was a standout moment for me. It was a fantastic way to celebrate the holidays with the gym community and enjoy some festive fun.

  1. How do you stay motivated to maintain a consistent workout routine?

Angelo: I stay motivated by listening to good music and training alongside like-minded individuals who share my passion for fitness.
Bernie: I keep my workouts interesting by mixing them up and trying different group fitness classes, which keeps me engaged and excited about my fitness routine.

  1. What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting their fitness journey?

Take it one day at a time and don’t rush the process. Patience and consistency are key to achieving long-term success in your fitness journey. Stick with it, and you’ll see the results.

Being part of the Element Fitness Health Club community has made working out enjoyable and has kept us motivated. The supportive environment and camaraderie with other members have been instrumental in helping us stay committed to our fitness goals.

Go for it! The staff is fantastic, the facilities are great, and you won’t regret joining. It’s a decision that will positively impact your fitness journey and overall well-being.
