LM SHAPES
LES MILLS SHAPES™ fuses Pilates, barre and power yoga.
It’s fair to say we’ve taken the most challenging aspects of Pilates, barre and power yoga, synergized them and fused them together in a way that’s brought out the best of each.
This means there are unique Pilates movements, the principles of barre (a.k.a. lots of pulses) and innovative additions such as sliders and weight plates during power yoga. The intensity of the power yoga is great, and the movements are athletic and great for toning, conditioning and working on strength and stability. I really pushed the boundaries and my own level of creativity. Its unique and the result is a boutique workout like nothing you’ve ever done before.

LM FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
What is Functional Strength?
A unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun, balanced, don’t think just do it kinda way. This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. The creative movement and structure mean that at the same time as building muscle, you lift your heart rate and improve athleticism and power. This is strength training like never before. Designed by athletes and scientists, this science-backed, total-body strength training draws on the best of sports conditioning and performance training.
These workouts will transform the way you train. You work hard, challenging your body with new movements and combinations that will get you fit and strong for life.

LM CORE
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.
LES MILLS CORE is available as a 30- or 45-minute workout.

KONGA
KONGA® is a 50 minute easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats. KONGA® is the all-in-one workout that will torch calories, tone up your bod, make your soul smile & inject your body with an endorphin overload. You will have so much fun sweating it out you might forget you’re burning up to 600 calories. KONGA® is designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and of course those who have two left feet.

RPM
RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories and gets you fit. Based on the sport of cycle racing, RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity it’s literally easier than riding a bike for 45 minutes.

SPRINT
A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.

YOGA YIN
The essence of Yin Yoga is to surrender, bringing balance to your practice and your life. A strong focus on using the breath and grounding postures to lengthen fascia tissues surrounding the hips, spine, chest, and shoulders. It reenergises and calms your nervous system. The perfect way to release the tension and stress from the day.
