What do you enjoy the most about coming to Element Fitness Health Club?

I love the Group Fitness classes! My favourite classes are BodyCombat, BodyAttack and CXWORX.

How often do you come into the Club, and how long have you been a member?

I attend at least 3 days per week, and have been a member for 5 years.

What motivates you to come into the gym on a regular basis?

Working out regularly has improved my body shape and fitness levels. I’ve made some great friends that I love to work out with, and it feels good to have this time to myself to work on ME!

What do you like about Element compared to other gyms you have been to?

The instructors here are great and motivating, the timetable suits me, I like that the car park is safe and the membership fees are good!

What are your fitness goals?

To maintain my fitness level and achieve more muscle tone.

Tell me something about your life outside of the gym?

I have two children, 5 and 8 years old. We often do karate/bodycombat moves at home to exercise and spend time together. I loved the classes where children could come in and enjoy group fitness too! included in the timetable

Do you have any tips for other Element members?

If there’s no pain there’s no gain! Don’t be scared to come and try group fitness classes, you have to start somewhere!
