With a rich background in dance, Liesl grew up exploring various styles, from classical ballet to contemporary expressions. Her love for dance and experience on stage has given her a deep understanding of body movement and rhythm, which she now brings to every fitness class she leads.
Today, Liesl is a certified Group Fitness Instructor at Element, teaching two of our most loved classes: • BodyCombat: a high-energy martial art-inspired cardio workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized. • Bodybalance: a unique blend of yoga and Pilates that builds strength, improves mobility, and helps you find balance through mind and body connection.
