  1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and what initially brought you to Element Fitness Health Club? 

    As a full-time working mum of two young children, I’ve faced my share of postnatal challenges. Before having kids, I tried different gyms but struggled to stay consistent or see real progress. After my second child, I truly felt the changes in my body and was diagnosed with diastasis recti. That became my turning point — I knew it was time to take action. Joining Element Fitness has been a game-changer for me. It’s where I’ve not only regained my strength but also embraced a healthier, stronger version of myself.

  2. What were your fitness goals when you first joined, and how have they evolved over time? 

    At first, my goal was to lose weight, but now I’m also focused on building muscle. The group classes and the motivation I get from the instructors and members keep me going strong every day.
     
  1. Can you tell us 2 ways being a member at Element Fitness Health Club helped you in achieving your fitness goals? 

    The group classes have truly kept me motivated! On top of that, the encouragement and energy from the instructors and  members have been incredibly inspiring.

  1. Can you list a couple of specific accomplishments or milestones you’ve reached since joining us? 

    In my first month, I lost 5 kg  by just attending the group classes – and  I started noticing  changes in my body shape & fitness. My diastasis recti has improved and even my friends started to notice the difference and wanted to know the secret!

  1. What are your favourite things about Element Fitness Health Club? 
    I like the variety group classes with options for all fitness levels and goals. The gym is clean, and the  instructors and members are friendly and welcoming.

 

  1. Can you tell us about a memorable experience or a favourite moment you’ve had at the gym? 

    One of my most memorable experiences was feeling the warmth and welcome of the gym community. I was invited to a social gathering to connect with everyone outside the gym, and that’s when I realized — we’re not just ordinary gym attendees, we’re a group of gym buddies supporting each other.

  2. How do you stay motivated to maintain a consistent workout routine

    When I first joined, I had a conversation with an instructor who told me that exercise isn’t just a routine — it’s their lifestyle. That really stuck with me and shifted my perspective. I’ve since loved the Les Mills programs, which constantly evolve with new movements designed to help us improve our fitness and transform our bodies.

  1. What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting their fitness journey

    I’d say — never give up! Remember, fatigue and soreness are just signs that you’re getting stronger. The more you challenge and explore your body, the more you’ll discover what you’re truly capable of. When I first joined, I couldn’t do a single tricep push-up — now I can proudly do five!

  1. How has being a part of the Element Fitness Health Club community impacted your fitness journey? 

    Surrounding myself with people who embrace exercise as an essential part of their lifestyle has made me happier and stronger every day.
     

  1. What would you say to someone considering joining Element Fitness Health Club? 

    I absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is so friendly, and there’s an amazing variety of group classes to choose from. The sauna and steam rooms are an added bonus — perfect for unwinding after a long day at work.

  2. What is a fun fact about you that many people don’t know?

    I don’t exercise from Friday sunset to Saturday Sunset due to my religion belief
